Return and Exchange Policy
At Promisales Jewelry, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you’re not delighted with your jewelry, you can return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days from the delivery date. Please review the following guidelines:
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of the original order receipt.
- All items must be in their original, unworn condition without any scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered.
- Use a shipping method with tracking when returning or exchanging items. Items returned without tracking will not be processed.
- For returns, include any promotional gifts received. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of the promotional gift’s retail price from the refund.
- Exchanges or resizes may incur remote fees for locations in remote areas. We will notify you of any applicable fees in advance.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or resize.
- “Design your own” items and personalized items with engravings or photos are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee applies for the exchange of these items.
- Special order items, rings with custom sizes, and items without jewelry tags are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee may apply for exchanges.
Refunds: Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or as store credit, as per your request.
Please Note:
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Refunds do not include remote fees paid for the order.
- Promisales Jewelry will reimburse customers $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit for specific circumstances.
- A 35% restocking fee may apply for certain customized items and multiple-item returns.
